Tantra

Tantra explores the sacred union of the divine masculine and divine feminine energies that exist within each of us. Although the two figures may initially appear to represent two people coming together, the deeper meaning of the painting is about becoming whole within oneself, bringing together strength and softness, action and intuition, grounding and surrender.

Surrounded by the vastness of the universe, the figures merge through light, symbolising the moment these seemingly opposite energies stop existing in separation and begin moving as one. Tantra is ultimately a reflection of inner balance, self-union and the understanding that what we often search for outside of ourselves can first be cultivated within. It is a reminder that there is an entire universe within us, and when we embrace every part of who we are, we return to a deeper sense of wholeness.
